
Scoop out using an ice-cream scoop, serve and enjoy.Whether it’s chocolatey and creamy or kind of cardboard-y, there’s something fantastic about an old-school-style ice cream sandwich-the kind made from vanilla ice cream and two chocolate wafers that stick to your fingers. Use a dish or tupperware with separators to make it easier. You can do this side by side, layered on top of each other, or swirled together. Combine the three flavours of ice cream in to your ice cream container/s. To the third bowl add in the strawberry flavouring and a drop of pink food gel. To one of the bowls, add 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder. You can also whisk this by hand using a balloon whisk. A stand mixer with balloon whisk attachment or hand whisk on a high speed works great. Add the dairy-free cream into a mixing bowl along with the vegan condensed milk and vanilla seeds / extract or bean paste. I have listed a few of my favourite ice-cream toppings which really compliment this ice-cream and the flavours: If they’re loose, the ice-cream could leak into the other ice-cream flavours. Make sure they fit snug in the tin before pouring the ice-cream in. In order to create the divisions in your dish, use some cardboard covered in foil. All you need is a dairy-free whipping cream / double cream, vegan sweetened condensed milk, a vanilla pod or vanilla extract / vanilla bean paste, strawberry flavouring, pink food gel and cocoa powder. This is vegan, gluten-free and no-churn recipe. What you need to make vegan Neapolitan ice-cream: Do not mix the ice-creams together other wise, whilst it’s still delicious, it will take away the distinct colours and will simply blend into one colour (which isn’t what Neapolitan ice-cream is known for). You can use store bought vegan friendly ice-cream cones. When it’s ready, I serve a scoop or two, containing each flavour into a bowl or ice-cream cone. I pour the ice-creams into the chosen dish or tin and freeze them for up to 8 hours or overnight. Add in the different flavours into each bowl. Doing this makes for the perfect Neapolitan.
